price for '08 vs. '09 Nav ES350
So my dad wants me to do the legwork on this purchase.
He's looking for the ES, Granite Mica/Black w/ Nav. He's not looking for the Marklevinson system,
Whats a good "out the door" price for the '08 and '09 for this?
BTW my dad isn't so concerned w/ resale value because he keeps his car until it dies and will pay cash for the sale.
Should he get the '08 or '09?
Thanks everyone...I appreciate your help....

I dunno, all dealers are desparate now. I'd get the 09. Someone got a 09 Toyota Sienna for under invoice the other day. I'm not sure about Texas, but in CA, the ES350 has been going for under invoice for quite some time now. I can't see why an 09 would be any different. I'd think with some negotation (play dealers off of each other), you could get an 09 for the same deal as they're offering 08s.

I just picked up an 09. My total out of pocit cost was $1000 under sticker. And that included, tax, title, etc.
I think they are hurting and making some good deals. I would suggest your father wait until after thanksgiving. Deals are best the last few days of the month.
Good Luck
