Warning messages on EX350
Good evening VVT-i, if you're still around I need a knowledge of information.
Q: At the time of starting the engine up, there is a warning "OIL MAINT. REQD SOON" but it goes away after when the motor is running. Does anyone here know how to turn it off?

There's information in the owners manual on how to turn it off. I don't recall the proceedure, but it's easy.
I think the procedure only applies if the warning stays on which it's supposed to do when needed. I'm not sure it there is anything you can do if it turns off when the engine starts. You could have your dealer look at it.

I believe that message is just related to the number of miles (5,000) since the last service at which time it would have been reset. I've seen the procedure for reseting it and I don't believe it was in the owner's manual.

As you approach 5k miles since last reseting it, the warning will come on briefly and go away.
When you get to 5k, it will stay on constantly until you do the reset posted by Dave Mac.
Also, I found that if the drivers window is open, the reset will not work.
