There was a thread a long while back about this...by twister I believe. You can download it from the Lexus web site. There was a direct link to it in that thread. I downloaded it.

The FSM's are otherwise "avalible" on the internet, but forum rules require permission from Toyota to post them, and the vast majority do not have permission.

They are easily avalible however... Every generation & half generation Camry manual is avalible widely on the internet lmao. Toyotanation, phatg20, etc. But we can't link you to them, no.
I would suggest spending afew hours downloading the entire thing (clicky clicky!) off techinfo, or just using the Camry manual from ToyotaNation.
