Nav override
Didn't see if this was already posted, but a friend of mine just purchased the 07 ES350. I tried to do the Nav override that I learned on my wifes 06 IS250 Nav where you get to the volume screen and tap the upper left and lower left and then the override screen pops up. Then you are allowed to use the Nav without restricition while the vehicle is moving. It didn't work on the ES350 so didn't know if that had been changed for the new year. Any info would help

Check into 3GS forum's DIY section, it has more details about '06 vs '07 DVD NAV changes. Apparently the firmware was updated from v5.1 to v6.1 and that "volume screen" trick no longer is working. So, you either have to do a hardwire change or read through GS's DIY for instructions how to burn a new DVD combining files from v5.1 and v6.1.

all comments were done regarding 5.1 and up to the latest 6.1 joystick version.
