Default Engine Vibration

This is a new problem for me, so I'm interested if others have a similar issue. My ES350 engine is now vibrating more than it used to.

The first 7000 kms my engine was running very smoothly. It has that clacking\clattery sound, but it was very smooth. There was no apparent vibration coming through the steering wheel, seats or anywhere else really. I have always used Premium gas on every fillup since new. Driving at below 60kmh (below wind noise problem) was a serene and relaxing experience.

On the way to 8000 (first real service) the engine seemed to develop a slight vibration. I reported it to my service dept when I booked it in for service. I put this down to the oil needing to be changed and thought that this was probably the issue.

After the first service the vibration seems to have worsened. At its worst the steering, seat bottom, seat headrest and the centre armrest all vibrate. This happens even when you are stopped and have the vehicle in park. Right now this seems intermittent - yesterday it was present in the morning, but smooth in the afternoon. Today it is apparent everywhere I go. No matter what speed (0-120kmh) the steering, etc, are vibrating and its really annoying.

Interestingly when I just parked the vehicle in my parkade I noticed that there was no clacking\clattering sound. I let it sit there and idle for a few minutes and the engine was probably the quietest it has been, but it was vibrating instead. I don't get how it can be vibrating as those engine mounts are supposed to cancel it out.
