I have noticed that there are a little red dots appearing in my NAV system, It just happened recently. I also noticed they are appearing in the roads that I have drive on (not sure). Please advice what is that? and how I can remove them. Thanks

those red dots are called stuck pixel; they commonly happens on LCD screen. Sometimes you can get rid of the stuck pixel if you continuously flash the screen, however sometimes they cannot be removed.

I think the little red dots you are seeing is a result of the trace mode. (or is it called record mode, I forget off the top of my head.)

You said the dots are on the roads you traveled?

Try turning off the trace/record mode. It's basically the nav system recording your route.

And if you are being investigated for anything you probably don't want that turned on anyway.

This is correct. to turn the dots off, go to the map screen, then press "Map View". You will see an option called "Route Trace", which can be turned on and off.

Yes....It works fine, After the trace mode was turned off, It was on and I forgot to turn it off. Thank you all for the info.
