Since we are on a topic of TL, just want to add I test drove both for a comparison. Well, there is no comparison!!! TL looked very cheap inside (different grade leather and cheap plastic), acceleration was rough (Lexus felt smooth), and seats felt extremely uncomfortable (and this is in comparison to all of my previous non-luxury cars). Even the sales guy couldn't defend TL against ES350 when I told him which car we going to test drive next. His only negative comment was "you can save a few thousands on TL". It almost sound like that phone commercial: Get TL and save a buck or two LOL!!!

I have e ES330 6mnth old.. well during my last service.. I got a ES350 as a loaner.. I have already test drove this car a couple of weeks ago and I love their new features and especially the way the car drives.. a few cons I have seen in this car is the :-

1. The center console without NAVI hmmm not so pleasing. I have my ES330 without Navi and it looks great.. I mean the way lexus lays out all the buttons on a 330 is better than 350.

2. For some reason the Dash looks cheap, especially the passenger side..I mean they just placed a whole plastic (or whatever the material is) .. they should have at least taught about a mix of plastic, leather and wood trim there just to make it look luxury..

Other than that.. I love every single function on ES350 esp the Keyless start.. I mean just walking towards the car.. opening it.. sitting down and just pressing a button.. man thats classic.. its like the car is totally your slave... haha.. really enjoyed that..

I do agree with PsychDoc one the voice activated sensor.. hmm when I was test-driving the ES350 Navi version .. the dealer was going through all the features .. so when he got to the voice command, even he could not get some commands to work .. he was loud and clear but the car did not respond to it.. but he managed to get a few and told me that maybe they have not loaded the full lists yet... which I did not buy ..

Anyways.. about the exterior look.. I LOVE IT... it looks sportier ... but for some reason my fiancee feels the cabin size is smaller than my ES330.
