Anyone have any good info yet? Thinking of trading in 03 for new IS, but want to see new ES first.

You should wait for the new ES in the spring of '06. It is suppose to have a revolutionary redesgin and the cabin is said to top the current model. No true-pix of the '06 model but it is going to have the L-finese look. There are some pix of what enthusists think it will look like. Do a search for 2006 Lexus ES.
