You probably need a good paint cleaner to remove that. Otherwise if you know what you're doing, wetsanding time.

If you've already got all the sticky goo out from the 'LEXUS' emblem and still see that outline on the paint, then I would get myself a bottle of swirl mark remover (which removes any swirl marks or paint oxidation) and some rubbing compound (which is like a liquid sandpaper and kinda abrasive. I wouldn't use it unless absolutely necessary). The 'LEXUS' outline on my trunk lid went away after maybe a few weeks from the time I debadged, so it may take some time for yours to go away too

Try those cleaner fluids I mentioned and see what happens.

The emblem can be DIY removed, but from what I gather (don't quote me on it), I believe it leaves an imprint of the 'ES300' on the plastic outer lens of the tailight. I remember seeing a pic of someone's '92 ES with no ES300 emblem on here, but I can't find it.

So if I debadge my 93 es3, there will be holes? Or is that just with the "L" emblem?

A dent, a drop of water or just a reflection in the picture?
Look a little closer it is definitely a reflection!

But is that just with the "L" emblem, and not the Lexus emblem?
