codes for two separate systems. just mentioning evap since vacuum and gas cap are interrelated for 174 and 446. cant the evap or fuel system be diagnosed through a obd reader or it dealer specific?

PO174 System to Lean Bank 2 (to much oxygen in exhaust)

This is a new code found two weeks ago. Air to fuel isn't right vibrations, jerky acceleration, surge on acceleration from stop. My car is putting out a lot of heat from under drivers door - oxy heat sensor. There is a lot of exhaust smell. And the gas tank isn't holding vacuum. New fuel filter, new gas cap, air filter has 10k on it, and the vent solenoid 7 years old, mass airflow is about 1.5yrs. In the last week the engine light has turned off and erased codes twice. Not sure if that is related or a sign for specific testing. ive done enough research I can change what ever the part is I just don't know what it is! Could the solenoid be what's not keeping the gas tank vacuum and the extra oxygen?

441 small leak 442 incorrect purge flow from canister to engine 446 vent control circuit. This has been a couple years. I have changed vacuum lines under hood and fuel lines to and from. Mechanic changed one line under by canister. Guess this might be the vent sensor on the canister. I can change this myself due to tools and experience. I have researched this and there are a number of fixes. This isn't suppose to interfere with anything so I have let it sit.
