Default Replacing front rotors on '05 ES 330

Greetings:

My wife is blessed with two lead feet when it comes to driving. I have had the joy of fixing warped front rotors on multiple vehicles several times

The newest victim is our '05 ES 330, and I have a couple questions that I hope I can get help with.
1) From what I have gathered poking around the web, removing the front rotors does not look like it requires messing with the bearings/axle seals. Is that correct? If so, looks pretty easy to pop them off by pulling the caliper and inserting the two (8mm?) screws.

2) I will get the rotors mic'd at local parts house to see if they have any chance to be cut, but my experience typically finds that rotors are somewhat disposable nowadays. If I DO need to replace them, I realize that OE part is probably preferred, but I'm likely going to go aftermarket due to cost. Bosch apparently offers a lifetime mfr warr against "mfr defects" (for about $14 more per) vs. 2-yr on no-name brand, but I don't know what "mfr defect" you might get on a rotor. I suspect neither would cover warpage.

Does anyone have any guidance to share here?

Thanks in advance!

Jeff

If they're original rotors, they probably won't come off easily. I once had a kid at Autozone tell me to bang the S*** out of the rotors until they came loose. I couldn't bring myself to do that. I used the screws. I have installed Brembo's on both my RX300 and the ES300 and they are solid.

Lots of rust penetrant (I prefer Aero-Kroil, if you can find it), a little bit of heat, patience, and a BFH, they should pop right off.
