Did you try cleaning the throttle body?

P0300 series are Miss-Fires. CHeck your Fuel Pressure Regulator, if it looks like it is wet or residue of dried gas, then it is SHOT.

Oil Control Valve (OCV): P1354 Lexus - Variable Valve Timing System Malfunction Bank 2

I lean toward the OCV. All the misfires are on bank 2. Replace the OCV and clean the OCV filter. It's about a 15 minute job.

You could have two problems. The second being the Air Fuel ratio sensor on bank 1. If replacing the OCV does't fix your problem replace the AF ratio sensor. But I'd guess the these errors will go away after you replace the bank 2 oil control valve.
