Will these rims fit an ES?

Yes.
The bolt pattern is 5x114.3 aka 5x4.5.
The hub bore is 60.1mm. I have RSX 16" 5 spoke wheels on my 04 Lexus, I use a 60.1 to 64.1 hubcentric ring with them for a tight fit on the hub. With these hubcentric rings you will be able to use most Honda/Acura OEM car wheels.

I can say though that I paid for new 18" wheels and tires before selling them in favor of lightweight aluminum 16s. Ride and acceleration decrease, in return for a slight increase in roadholding, with bigger, wider, and heavier wheels.

Thanks for the help on this one. I will keep my old 15's just in case the new rims cause trouble. The new rims will definitely be an upgrade in styling. The old OEM rims look dated to say the least. I found Michelin Primacy MXV4's for $145ea. Not too bad.

The IS300 rims will fit. I had them on my Solara (same suspension setup as the ES), but there are two issues: they're heavy and the rear tires might rub the struts.
The rubbing depends on the tire you use (215-50-17, same as stock diameter) rubs just barely and a 3mm spacer is enough to move the tire away from the strut.
They're good looking rims, but I've sold mine and got am now running a set of Gen 2 Solara rims, so consider other Toyota/ Lexus OEM rims if shopping around for a used set. They all have the same bore, offset and bolt pattern and will bolt up.
The Michelin tires are a good way to go, but if you want to save a little money the Pirelli P7's are a close second, albeit not as quiet as the Michelins.
