Horn not working (2004 ES300)
Hi guys.
My son just bought a 2004 ES 300 (160K).
The horn is not working. He checked the fuse and it is okay. Not sure how to tell if the relay is blown (it looks okay).
What else should I check?

yeah, maybe the horns are bad. try jumping the horn, or measure for 12 volts at the wire going to the horn. now , the horn is in front of the radiator on my 05, and wires are clipped into both of them.
