Will a 95 es300 remote work on a 96
Can I program and remove the chip from a 95 es300 remote key n put it on my 96es300 n program it to work on my car?

Check the FCC Number on the back of the keys. If the the same number appears for both, than YES, If they are idifferent, than NO.
The above assumes that both keys are physically the same.
