Default bank 1 sensor 1 05 es330

CEL popped on and autozone scan said bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor. I searched the forum but couldn't find the part number. Is this the right sensor? http://www.partsgeek.com/cart/

Thanx
Gary

Find the correct part here

Don't use "universal" type sensors.

For some reason the link I posted above is wrong. so these are universal?

would this be the correct sensor? is it the same one as above?

Use a Denso sensor. Denso lists A/F sensor part # 234-9057 for your car. Amazon lists it for $109.45.

Follow link provided by Lexus2000 to double check my findings.

Denso lists part #234-9042 for bank 2 sensor 1. When Denso says "upstream front" they meant bank 2 sensor 1. This is the part in your second link.

When Denso says "upstream rear" they mean bank 1 sensor 1. This is what you need.

The engine is rotated 90 degrees in the engine compartment with the front of the engine on the passenger side. So the right side of the engine (bank 1) is closest to the rear of the car. The left side of the engine (bank 2) is closest to the front of the car. Upstream refers to sensors (sensor 1) closest to the engine. Downstream refers to sensors (sensor 2) further-most from the engine. Downstream sensors are O2 sensors.

Universal sensors usually require you to reuse the old connector, which requires splicing. IMO not worth the hassle.

Well I replaced the sensor this morning. Think it took longer to run up to O'reilly's to get a sensor socket than it did to change the sensor. Disconnected battery to reset lights. Hopefully they stay off. Thanx a bunch for the correct part number.
