When i turn it to ACC the electrical shuts down. And it wont crank at all. Tonight, my sunroof is stuck open along with a window.. My positive battery terminal is pretty loose, could this be the problem? if so then i will go buy new terminals tomorrow. if not, what could cause this?

Could be the terminal or the battery. Try fixing the terminal. The battery might need to be recharged.

Had the identical problem several years ago. Picked up a new terminal clamp from the Lexus dealer. Around $15.00.

Takes about 15 min to change. All was fine after that.

Sometimes to can temporary fix the terminal by putting a 'screw' .. um between the terminal and the bolt in this photo. You just have to make sure you don't pierce the battery.
