Question Heater not working correctly, no heat on pass side.

I have the dual turned off and my passenger side is blowing cold while my drivers side is correctly blowing hot(set at 80f no dual). Not ice cold, but more like outside temp cold(55f). The passenger will blow hot, but only if I turn the dual on and turn the passenger side to max hot. It does this on floor, vent and windshield.

I am guessing it has something to do with a temp sensor on the passenger side, but does anyone know for sure, or can give me a good starting point. Like an easy fix(fuse)!!

Again, the driver side works correctly.
