so recently my dad hit my car and broke my signal light and i just fix it. so i decided to fix the bottom and see if the fog light works too. so after i switch the signal light and fix the bottom bumper for the fog light. before i actually put everything back together i checked to see if it work and it did. but once i put everything back together it doesnt work. my high beams when i push it forward doesnt actually stay on but when i hold it turns on. but now it makes a spark sound everytime i pull back to turn high beams on can anyone help me out? and yes im currently looking for new bumpers and fenders

I didn't quite follow that, is it your high beams that don't turn on when you push forward the stalk or the fog lights?

sorry for the long confusing post. I did figure out the problem. the problem was the fuse. its not getting enough power and yeah. i read an article on here how to do it but i think its a little to much for me.
