I have a '99 ES 300 that was handed down to me recently. It only has 74k miles. Has been in a couple of very minor accidents (rear ended twice) so new bumpers and paint, etc.

Seems to drive well, body looks pretty new (garaged).

Should I keep this one or think about selling it if there are known problems?

As long as you like the car and the repairs were done properly why sell? Although you might want to factor in the cost of a timing belt job soon if it hasn't been done already.

If you have mechanical ability and tools, I'd keep the car. They're a very straightforward car to work on. If you're looking to pay the Stealer or other professional shops, you may want to bow out. These cars will LAST with good preventive maintenance. The parts are relatively cheap. Paying for labor is where things can get crazy.

Keep. It should last at least 10 more years with only mild maintenance costs. It will still drive like new in ten years.
