center console lights not working with lights on

center console lights not working with lights on
I lose my center console lights.
Some of it works when the lights are turned off and some work when the lights are on.
When lights are on
glove box - work
When Lights are off:
heater panel - work
sifter lights - work
heated seats - work
radio - don't work
The only thing I did was replace the fuse for the heated seats.
I have searched and it seems that others have had a similar problem but I have not been able to find one thing in particular.
