You need to provide a lot more details.

Specifically, and most importantly, What failed? What symptoms does the car exhibit? What did the technician diagnose as being the problem? Also, what and how did he check to reach his diagnosis?

Car was running good....one day did start pulling off and on...drive back home and parked there....a week later I did drive it to charge the battery and suddenly did stop running, The engine was shaking, and choking....finally drive back. Took it to an Electrical shop, guy there told me that the ECU was 20% burned....did buy one (used) and after that they said the instrumental cluster was bad ( needle lights were going out before all the problems started ) so I did tried 4 different clusters but everyone act different....( one of them doesn't start the car plus another problems, another one will start the car but the alternator light will come up and it wont charge....anyway none of those cluster did make the problems go away....I don't know if the technicians are doing the right thing, or the clusters need programming.... I don't know what to do anymore....help is really appreciate it...thanks

It sounds like your electrical repair guy, doesn't know what he is doing. Put back your ORIGINAL ECU, (I hope you still have it), and instrument cluster, and take it to a trusted mechanic, so that the original problem can be properly diagnosed.

There is probably nothing wrong with your Original ECU, nor the instrument cluster, except maybe some burned out needle lights. This has nothing to do with whatever problem you are experiencing, and you can always deal with it once the car is fixed.
