vvt solenoid
i had visited the site on 9/20 asking about vvt (ocv) sensor(solenoid) on es 300 2000. rough idle after motor gets hot, bucking on freeway. I finally took it to mechanic specialist on lexus and he changed the vvt solenoid, located on drivers side, behind motor. it is held on with one bolt. it costs 70$ and 125$ at autozone and this seems to have taken care of the problem. fyi. thank you.
