Check engine problem
So a couple days ago my check engine went on. When i took it to the shop for them to check what caused it they couldn't check because all the lights on the dash started blinking really fast. They tried two different machines and got the same result. I took it to another shop and the same thing happened. I don't know if its a fuse or something that is causing the problem but its not letting me check what the code is. Please help
