The car has been setting up awhile. So yesterday i started it up no problem let it run awhile then shut it off. About a hour later tried the crank it up again it wouldn't start. Acting as if the battery was dead. So i jump it off with my truck with no problem. Intel i took the jumper cables off and the car shut of after several attempts and the same result. I went and got a new alternator and installed it
the same problem. I checked the A100 ALT relay appears not to be blown. Could someone please shed some light on what the problem my be

If the battery is that dead of charge or has a bad cell in it, could just be the battery. The fact you have to keep jumping it makes me think that's the problem. Cheap easy fixes first, the alternator was fine, take it back and get your money.
