I have the factory Nav an want to know if there's a way to add bluetooth. Also can an aftermarket radio be installed? Depending how much a bluetooth adapter is I maybe better off getting a new Android stereo instead.

GROM adapter. Have one in my '05, very very happy. Works excellent, I also have factory NAV and ML audio. I have an HTC One (M8) phone, and I listen to Pandora exclusively, the only time I have trouble is if I go to a remote area that doesn't have 3G/4G service.

Excellent! Thank you for that link. I'm using an FM transmitter now, and it works, but I'd love something better.
