I have an 02 es 300 and was wondering if the factory wheels on the 04-06 models will fit my car

Skip the ES330 wheels and get some nicer 2010+ ES350 wheels. Direct bolt on.

Sounds like the drive-by-wire trans issue. Lexus always claimed it was a non-issue (The trans has to "learn" your driving habits). Dealers would clear/reset computer, but many owners said the problem always returned. To be fair, many owners said they'd never experienced the issue at all..

I had an '02 ES, and that's the reasonI got rid of it after 3 years of ownership and MANY resets and even after installing new firmware which Lexus offered. I'd had enough.

It was the only issue with the car, but persistent enough to drive me away..

If the jerk is coming from the transmission (accompanied by a rise in the RPM's), then its the DBW throttle problem that plague the 4ES.

If the jerk is mechanical, and perhaps accompanied by a sound or sharp jolt, I'd suspect the engine mounts, control arm bushings or CV joints.

Post pics of your new rims!
