Calibration for what exactly?
You're pretty SOL. Calibration of ECU is done via techstream and even with a TIS account you still need two things typically, depending on what it is you might need to be a master tech, or you need to do the calibration on the dealerships network so Toyota/Lexus can verify its being done correctly by a certified technician.

Ah, the calibration update wizard... thats not specific to any vehicle. You can only get that by going here https://techinfo.toyota.com/techInfoPortal/ and purchasing a copy. It is not simply a file you can download off of TIS. It comes packaged with techstream. I assume you torrented techstream so go again and search for the CUW as well. I can 100% guarantee you the CUW isn't accessible via TIS (I have an account).
My dear I hv friend who is a technician and know how to reprograming the car's ecu
He told to subscribe in TIS for the latest CUW,
If you can you just check in your account if you can select or enter VIN

This calibration is only accessible by a master technician. You'll have to contact a Toyota or Lexus master tech in order to obtain access to the calibration. I am a line tech and still do not have access to the calibration.
