I agree with the rest.
The ES will be a more reliable, luxurious and plush vehicle for your mother. I have an 05 ES330 and had an 03 Camry before upgrading. The difference is amazing, the ES feels much more solid, better built, quieter and smoother than the Camry.
Since the mechanical parts are interchangeable with the 5th Gen Camry, repairs and maintenance are cheaper too. The G35 isn't as closely related to any cheaper Nissan that parts can interchange.
Curious, why aren't you looking at an Acura TL or Nissan Maxima?
