Default Help, 93 es300 over heats

HI there! I own a Lexus ES 300 and it has started overheating recently . When it first happened I checked under the hood and realized the coolant was running out of the drain hose near the coolant reservoir. I replaced with a new coolant filler cap which hooked up to a drain hose and filled the coolant, the engine's heat stayed at the halfway point for about 10 minutes then climbed up to red. I polled over and checked the drain hose found the coolant was still running out and boiling.

Most likey = cracked head, blown head gasket, hole in the radiator.

Could also be a stuck closed thermostat, or a blocked radiator. Are your fans coming on?

Check to make sure the hydraulic cooling fan is working properly and report back.
