thanks quinn. . so far i am not getting any error codes. only symptoms are vibratiions for about 10 secs after i start the car. oem knock sensors costs less than a 100 bucks a piece so i would replace both once i see the error codes.

finally i got the error codes. it was p303 and ended being a bad spark plug.
