I want to know if they will fit on my 97 es300 without rubbing. I bought 17 inch is300 wheels before and had to take them off because I smelt burning Rubber from the rear. I like these Rx wheels because they are only 16s

You need to know what offset those rims are, and what offset your car will accomodate.

They are 16x6.5 with 35 mm ooffset. Will they fit on my 97 es300 without spacers and rubbing ?

97 stock 15'' wheels were a 45 offset <-- seemes legit (ish)

so, yeah those wheels might well fit a 7mm difference in offset is nothing when the wheels are .5 of an inch less wide, but the tyres look to be too tall for a ES model. Those tyres will totally rub ..
