Is it normal to have empty square holes in each of the 4 door panels like this? This just seems like something a car manufacturer would cover up. Looks pretty ghetto lol. It was like this when I bought it recently.

It should have a small cover that pops in there. No big deal, your car will still run without it

PFB, smack in the middle of the photo is the rectangular oval openings where the big screw is. I guess it's supposed to have little tab-covers. I wonder what they are called. I dislike this cosmetic appearance. Of course my car still runs without them lol. Looks like I need to clean it up a bit too.

I would like to find some on e-bay or any other similiar tab I can get anywhere.

Hard to tell from your close up shot, if that is the door handle pocket and the shot is straight down then the
bottom should be covered by a thin stiff fabric drop in cover. They can get sucked out if you vacuum the interior carelessly.

Here are a few ideas that may work for you.
Get a piece of thin gasket material and cut it to fit THEN spray paint it flat black (or your favorite color) and this will cover the bottom of the recess.
You can also CAREFULLY fill the hole with black RTV and dig it out when you need to access the screw.
If you are "crafty" try carving a wood plug out of a piece of balsa wood and paint it to match.

Can anyone post a picture of what theirs looks like? When you say drop-in cover I'm getting 2 different ideas.

(1) little tab that pops into the rectangular opening exactly where the screw is.
(2) a cover that encompasses the whole panel opening.
