Default 98 es 300 throttle choky under heavy load

i have recently bought a 98 lexus es300 with 174,000 miles with a bad catlytic converter code (po135 bank 1 sensor one ) drove it to 178,890 every thing was running perfect gears shifting smooth and each gear had 2 kick ups in speed, then one day i was outside washing my car (knowing all is well with my car happy about it in everyway performance wise) my dad creeps up on me looks in my trunk and notices a bottle of gumout high milage fuel injector cleaner WHICH HE BOUGHT AND I DIDNT PUT IN BECAUSE MY CAR WAS FINE, i know he was trying to help but he argued with me to put it in and saying why havent i yet so i gave up after telling him my car doesnt need it dont put it in bla bla bla, he put it in 2 days later car is groggly every time u hit it a little harder than soft from a stop or roll its choking , 2nd gear rpm doesnt kick up anymore and the rpms sputter slightly like its choking from the start or imbetween 2nd and 3rd trying to accelerate, I JUST BOUGHT ALL NEW SPARK PLUGS, SPARK PLUG WIRES, A NEW FRONT EXHAUST PIPE W CATYLTYIC CONVERTER AND ALL 3 MOTOR MOUNTS ......if this doesnt help is there any suggestons on where the problem may be occuring ? please someone get back to me on this its really weird mechanics say its mis fire i show them the noise by putting it in reverse holding the brake and hitting the gas slightly hard but there are no misfire codes,... SMH!! AND I ONLY PUT IN 93

Might be worth cleaning out the throttle body and IACV area. Make sure to get down in the two little holes inside the throttle.

I'd burn through as much of the contaminated fuel before making any changes.
The modified fuel may be confusing the computer and clean 93 may do the trick.

The changes I made with the cat , wires and plugs, and mounts , very noticeable change until today it seems like it's coming back slowly , at a stop or roll between 1 and 2 rpms it chokes for a second worried few days down the road it will happen in the higher gears, I want to change my fuel filter , and the coil packs ... Don't know what to do so lost don't want to sell the car

To add on there's a popping / loud crack noise for one second at stop or roll when u hit the gas a little harder than softly
