Ok, so to give a little background info. I have 2 issues currently.

Saturday I replaced the following items myself.

1. Strurts (KYB)
2. Strut Mounts (KYB)
3. Springs (MOOG)
4. Control Arm Bushings (MOOG) (One side had a broken sway bar link, so I bought a new control arm with bushings, I replaced the other set myself)
5. Inner Tie Rod's (MOOG)
6. Outer Tie Rod's (MOOG)
7. Lower Ball Joint (MOOG)
8. Sway Bar Links (MOOG)

I got the car aligned after doing all of this, and on the way back home the power steering went out. I had just replaced the pump 6 months prior, but I decided to rip out the pump and put a new one in, that didn't solve the power steering problem.

After trying to diagnose after 3 days, yesterday when I started the car up, PS started working again, but it's not great. Stutters when turning the wheel, and it's still hard to do so, but not nearly as bad as when it was fully out. I loosened up the center nut on the strut mount because I'm guessing those were too tight, they are now torqued to spec.

I'm guessing the rack and pinon for the power steering, but not 100% sure. My main concern is the vibration that started happening in the car at 60MPH+. Alignment was done, and had tires re balanced, but the vibration is still there. The steering wheel isn't really moving left and right, more like the car is moving up and down, what can cause this?

Assuming everything is properly installed and not defective it's a balance issue. Find a place that can do a road force balance.

If tires were worn out prior to installing all of the suspension parts they might be unevenly worn and causing vibration.

Wow that's a whole lot of components to diagnose. I would start with wheels/tires, then go through each suspension piece.

Wheels/tires: swap them front to back and see if the vibration moves to the back of the car.

One thing to note, I have heard bad things about KYB strut mounts.

Update: I had the front wheel balance rechecked, and it seems that fixed the problem. Thank you everyone for your help, now to figure out the PS issue.
