Anyone ever opened their 3rd gen tail lights to clear them out?
I've seen threads for the 2nd gens, but none for the 3rd gen es300, so has anyone ever done it? I want to remove the amber from them, 01 tail lights are pretty expensive. If not, I might just tackle it myself and let you guys know how it goes.

I recall he just took out all the bulbs and broke up the amber inside the housing and emptied the shards out after.
That guy made a new thread for every post, so I remember him saying he broke it up and not baked it - but couldn't find that particular thread/post.
Btw, lol @ 'expensive' you can get a whole set for under 250$ to your door nowadays... It's not like when I joined in 07 that they were selling for over 1000$ 'used'

Some minor cracks are found on Both of the Taillights
Heh.
Search more on Ebay I found a bunch of them in nicer shape, although it will probably ending up being a bit more for the entire set. But who wants cracked lights.

I got my HID's from them, they claimed to be a 'b grade' at the time, I personally couldn't find any flaws myself... and the price... for under 300$ to my door; yeah.
