Have you tried pick a part or other wreckers in your area?

I saw an 95 ES300 with the seat heater switch still in it when I was at my local pick a part the other day... I'm on the other side of the world from you tho so not much help..

Wreckers are often a great place to find such things!

If you're near Trois-Rivieres, there's Kenny-U-Pull where you can go to.

This switch came on many Toyota/Lexus cars. The IS300 had the same one.

I know brand new the switch only costs $75, so I'm assuming used ones on eBay ect. Are probably like $20.

Ebay they are like 40-45$ each with the shipping include.
