Default 1992 Windom/ES300 - replacing NON TEMS shocks with TEMS

rear shocks need replacing.....

As a temporary fix will there be any issues with using the shock assembly from a Windom/ES300 with TEMS on my NON TEMS Windom? Donor is 93 model if I recall correctly..

Not planning on trying to use the TEMS or do a conversion to TEMS(I think the wires have been cut - so it' wasn't in use on donor vehicle). I guess the main question is - Will The shock assembly just bolt in as a replacement without any modifications etc????

It's really planned as a temporary fix to get thru vehicle warrant of fitness (6 monthly safety inspection) until I can get new replacement parts. One of my rears is stuffed.
