How do you turn off the VSC on a 2003 ES300?

How do you turn off the VSC on a 2003 ES300?
I'm wondering how to turn off the VSC without pulling the fuse. I know you can turn off traction control easily, but I can't find how to turn off the VSC, which kicks on whenever it starts to skid. Thanks!

In the snow, VSC will kick on as soon as it defects under steer (which is a lot) and then cuts the power. It's really annoying and can be really dangerous if I'm taking a left turn in an intersection.
