Power steering filter
Is this a power steering filter that is mounted on radiator and has hoses running to it? Car has `180K miles on it and probably needs replaced, where can I get one? Don't want to go to stealership.

I replaced that part several years ago on our 94 ES. I thought it was leaking but determined later that one of the clamps that attach the two hoses on each side had weakened. Replaced the clamp and problem was solved.
I was not able to find this part anywhere other than dealerships. As I recall, I ordered it from one of the Texas Lexus dealerships that have internet parts sale sites. The cost was a bit over $100.00, as I recall. The same part is probably used on the Camry and is likely available at a Toyota dealership at a slightly lower price.
