Also, i cant remember if it was the 95-96 or the 92-94 es300, but one of the 2 sets of years had OEM projector yellow fog lights, pretty cool actually if your car had those.

Man, you got a handful on your plate. I recommend starting a restoration thread and listing all the problem areas there. I'm willing to help you get this thing running.

You should buy your totalled es300 back and retro-fit as many parts as you can to your new Es300 (wheels, seats, interior etc)

^ buying back is nice, but the problem is if there is no room to keep the shell of the car when your done, or a way to get it to the scrap yard after it becomes a major hassle. Also it's a time factor. Maybe it is just best to be done with it since not much from the 2nd gen. Es300 will easily fit into the 3rd gen.

i recently bought a 98 es300 which was poorly taken care of, but runs great. i bought some seats that are in excellent condition out of a wrecked 99. the car was greasy and grimey on the inside. I went to family dollar, bought some "awesome" and "dawn dish detergent". I bought a $1 pack of sponges with the scrub pads on top. spray the awesome on the area, a small area at a time, and put the dawn on the scrub part of the sponge. using warm water and some microfiber towels, the results are unbelievable. try it ... works like a magic.

Thats right. If she hit you and it is determined that it is all her fault, you don't need collision coverage. HER insurance company should pay you all the car is worth, if they are totaling it.
