Default Fixing up my 04 ES330.

I have a 2004 ES330 white on white with leather interior. I was looking to fix it up and really make it my own. I was looking to throw a blue paint job on there, tint the windows to about 35% and put either chrome or white wheels on there. Any suggestions as to where I should get these specifics done to my car? I live out in PA about 15 mins from King Of Prussa and 30 mins from reading. I am looking to get the wheels done first. Anything helps. Thanks!

I have to agree. That sounds incredibly ghetto, but if that's your thing, all power to you.

A quality paint job is going to be very expensive. Think the 3-5 thousand range.

You can read up on Plastidip as a non-permanent "wrap" for your car for a few hundred. It doesn't have the reflectivity or look as good as paint but it is the cheapest option to drastically change the way your car looks. This is one area you probably want to stay stock.

As far as wheels, check out Tire Rack and Discount Tire Direct to see some different wheels on your car. You don't have to go anywhere, they will ship you your new wheels and tires mounted and you can bolt them onto the car yourself.

Red LED taillights are another available upgrade, for around 200 dollars.

LOL, the colors on Discount Tire's system are interesting. They never looked like this from the factory.

I would buy a Honda. If you ruin it, no one will care.

This sounds like a train wreck. Id do nice rims (no 20s!). You could find nice take offs from a GS400. Lower the car 1 inch. Dual exhaust!

I saw a commercial the other day that Maaco is running a special $499 paint job. if you're gonna ruin your car, you might as well do it cheaply.

OP asked for places to get things done in the PA area, not bashing.

Do what you like to your car. Ultimately, you are the one spending money to it, so why not do it to your own liking?
My suggestion is to go here to avoid all nonsense https://www.clublexus.com/forums/northeast-21/

You have helped in no way. You have done nothing but waste your own time and if all you do is insult people then you should most likely re-valuate your life. GTFO.

Its hard to take advice from someone who uses "GTFO". That being said, youll regret painting it UNLESS you spring for a high quality/expensive paint job.....believe me. As for wheels just remember to talk into account how itll change the ride, noise, ect. Most people here just change to a newer style factory wheel which is what i would do personally. That way you can get chrome, and quality. Tinted windows I'm all for, just make sure the person doing it is good at it. I know its your car, but you asked for peoples' input/advice/help so you can't be mad when they give it to you.
