Default Rim question

I just bought 18's off a friends IS300 They bolt up OK but it looks like there is a little gap between the rotor and rim on one side and on the other side it liiks fulsh (talking about the same wheel.) Example: its flush at 12:00 and gapped a little at 6:00 any idea's anyone. If its the offset is there and adapter that i could use? What is the offest of the stock es300 rim? I think these rims have an offset of +44 if that sounds right.

I know it sounds stupid, but did you tighten the lug nuts with a crossing pattern? If the wheel is tightened on there right and there is a gap, then I would think either your rotor or the wheel are probably warped, I'd have them examined by a mechanic and/or wheel shop to see if there's anything wrong with either.
