^ they're very hard to come by 'on the cheap'... I'd urge you to REALLY think about pulling one from a salvage yard.

There's a reason that a 99-01 ES is in that yard [unless accidented], and who knows what the accident would've done to that trans. IE. sheared mounts, crack in bellhousing...

Not to mention its a ***** of a job, the whole subframe has to come out, axles, etc. You name it, you have to drop it. My mech spend 1.5 days changing mine and putting it back together.
