I have 1999 es300 with 168k miles. Which is shifting hard most of the time. Also hesitating under acceleration until I reach 2500~3000rpm then accelerates without issue. I can smell unburnt fuel and have black smoke from the exhaust. I am getting the following codes 0171 1725 0330 0325 0141 constantly. I have replace all spark plugs and clean the air intake and mass airflow sensor. All spark plugs are black and sooty.
