Default 1997 es300 radio junction block

Hi,

I think I have a problem with my radio junction block. I was wondering if anyone knew where this is located, what it looks like, how I can change it and where I can get the junction block from.

Cheers.

I have an update to the situation. So what originally happened was that I installed an aftermarket HU and it wouldnt turn on, i then re-installed the factory HU and it didnt work either. I check both fuses and they are fine (they have continuity, and i get 12 V to the fuses). I think checked the connector. The ground has continuity, the acc gets 12 V, but the B+ or battery gets nothing. I'm really not sure where the problem is, could it be coming from the J14 junction connector? or maybe the amplifier?

any help would be appreciated, thanks
