Exclamation DplanDman8 2001 ES Updates

Instead of me just making more and more threads on different things I do im going to just put them all into one and Update it this thread.

It started off a stock 2001 Coach Edition ES, then I first got sprint lowering springs (That i wouldnt recommend to anyone) then i put a Super 40 Series flowmaster muffler, I also put yellow tint film on the clear fog lights.

A few pictures after i had put the lowering springs on her.

I know that it has some ricer stickers alllll over it i later took them all off.

I later put a garage door lip on it bt later after install that it was almost 2in to short.

I also had the spoiler removed and the holes plugged then repainted

You should either replace or remove the lip. It stands out like a sore thumb at the moment.

What does the suspension feel like? Are you completely satisfied?

Ive been thinking about taking it off i just havent gotten around to it yet i was more focused on the coils

It feels great the spring rates are set up all the way to the softest point on the front and rear the fronts are set to 15 clicks harder on the adjustment because i have it a lot lower in the front and i didnt want it to bottom out. it rides smooth for being so low the option on getting the stiffer spring rates was a great idea because i think the 7.3k in the front and 5.1 in the rear would have been too soft and the 10k front and 8.7k rear is just right

And for the most part im more then satisfied i wish i could get more camber out of the rear coils even with the camber notch at the bottom and the pillow tops i dont see it going more then -2 degrees or so. (But i can just notch the bottoms another half inch or so to get more camber)

Along with the coils coming with a bracket for the sway bar and for the break line in my case i didnt use the break line bracket just because it would of stopped me from going another 3/4in lower lol

Looking good my friend!

I have to agree, those volks were very simple and classy like any ES the 5 spokes seem to flow best!

Just put in my Broadway mirror from Japan I like it way better then the stock mirror you can see a lot more stuff

Also test fitted my buddies XXR they are 240/45/18 18x10 +25 offset and they fit pretty nice just a little finder shave and a finder stretch with a larger stretched tire and they would be flush.
