Replacing Stereo on 1992 ES300
My stereo works great and the sound quality is pretty decent.
However I'm really wanting to have an AUX, and bluetooth.
What I'm most concerned about is that nothing on the market looks good in the dash, and I really like how the old stereo looks. Does anyone have any pictures of something that would look good?
My other option is to send the stereo to a stereo rebuilding and have them "upgrade" it by putting in RCA ports and what not. Has anyone gone this route? Or better yet, has anyone done this by themselves. I've seen the thread on AUX input DIY but I haven't seen anyone venture past that.

You can use an adapter which will allow you to install most any double DIN unit. I would recommend you just replace the stereo with a modern unit instead of spending money on the old one. You'll get modern stuff like USB port for music, blue tooth, iPhone/Android support etc. etc.
I don't know which adapter kits are good maybe someone else can chime in about that.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again; I think Crutchfield is awesome. once you get to a certain price point (~$130) for your receiver, they ship model specific installation gear with your purchase. for the ES this will include a dash kit as well as a wiring harness.
I did an install just the other week with products from Crutchfield and it was great. granted, it wasn't an ES, so I can't tell you if your specific dash kit is going to look absolutely amazing.
Crutchfield gets a from me.
