I am go to replace the Driver side front caliper, what kind of caliper should I get - single piston or dual piston ? Stock caliper was seized. Also, any recommended OE brand ?

All rebuilt calipers at parts places are OE, just rebuilt. Get whatever from them. That's all I ever did

If you can wait, just get something from Rock auto, if you need them now, advance was the cheapest out of the parts stores ehre, and there stuff isn't terrible.

So, the front caliper is Single piston or double pistons ? I came across posts in this forum saying that 2000 ES300 uses double piston caliper. However, online stores and ebay.com only listed single piston caliper for 2000 ES300. I would like to confirm before buying.

Your calipers are single piston. You can upgrade to dual piston by using the calipers from a 1991-1992 LS400 , and the caliper brackets and brake pads from a 1995-1996 Camry V6. But that requires sourcing parts from multiple cars so if you want a simple and quick job, just buy the single piston stock replacement.

BTW any parts store worth their salt will easily be able to tell you what the correct parts are for your car.
