Default Recommended maintenance

Hey guys - bear with me here, but what maintenance do you guys recommend I do on my vehicle? (besides oil changes, which I do every 3k miles, and tire rotations)

I don't have the full history but I was able to learn some of it by registering on lexus.com (I am leaving out little stuff like oil changes or tire rotations). Here is what I know has been done and at what mileage:

Current mileage: about 116,000

What I have done:
Replaced cabin air filter and engine air filter, oil change, rotate tires - 114,000

Purchased vehicle with about 111K on it

What shows up on lexus.com:
LEFT AXLE SEAL - 111,099
TRANS/DIFF/DRIVELINE -- 99,645
5K RECOMMENDED TRUCKS -- 99,625
ENGINE & EXHAUST -- 99,625
100,000 mile service -- 99,624
Timing belt -- 93,444
(Now there's a huge gap where I don't have any records.)
30,000 mile service -- 45,109
Brakes -- 45,109

Earlier than that it all looks pretty standard.

I'd like to think that "TRANS/DIFF/DRIVELINE" means the tranny fluid was changed.

So my question is, based on some of these cryptic items, what services should I take care of now? My budget isn't unlimited so keep that in mind...

The car runs good; no complaints.

Nothing.

These car's are extremely reliable and all necessary work has already been done. Just keep up the oil changes, change all filters yearly, and do a transmission drain and fill every 30k miles.

I would extend the oil changes to 5-6k. 3k is overkill, especially if you're not driving it hard. Drain/fill your transmission on the next oil change. Replace your power steering fluid with the same ATF. Syphon the brake fluid reservoir and refill with fresh brake fluid. Drain and fill your radiator with fresh Toyota coolant. That's about it.

Thanks hypervish & MrBooby -- all sound advice. I'll stick to the oil changes and see what scheduled maintenance is next.
